BROWNIES
150 g butter
200 g chocolate, dark
3 eggs
2 dl sugar
3 dl flour
½ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon of salt
Butter for the pan
FILLING
100 g chocolate, light or dark
HOW TO
1. Chop the dark chocolate finely and put it in a bowl.
2. Melt the butter and pour over the chocolate, stir until all the chocolate melts and you have a smooth chocolate cream. Let it cool slightly.
3. Set the oven to 170 degrees.
4. Grease the baking pan with butter.
5. Whip eggs and sugar together.
6. Mix flour, cocoa and salt. Add it to the bowl with eggs and sugar and combine.
7. Add the chocolate butter and stir carefully.
8. Chop the chocolate coarsely and fold it into the dough.
9. Pour the dough into the PICNIC baking pan and even it out.
10. Bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 20 minutes. The cake should be soft at the center, while the edges have set.
11. Let it cool, cover and refrigerate the cake for a few hours or overnight.
13. Cut the cake and serve with coffee.
